2025 Summer Accelerate Program
This 8 week program consists of 1 off-ice session and 1 on-ice each week. Off-ice training will dedicate one portion to hockey specific strength, radio, plyometrics and agility. The second portion to stick skill work...shooting, stick handling, puck control, proper mechanics. Video teaching will also be part of this program to increase players hockey IQ. On-ice sessions will be devoted to improving skating mechanics and speed, followed by drills and station work. This program is meant to be high-intensity and for those players looking to take their game to the next level. During registration, players will choose one off-ice session (note the Wednesday evening session will be combined age groups), on-ice will be Friday mornings.
Private Training (on-going)
Private Training sessions are available each week for one-on-one training with Route 1 staff. During these sessions, focus can be on a specific skill or area of the game that needs improvement, or a general training session on the ice. Sign up for private training online.
Cost: $60/hour for one skater. Up to 3 additional players can be added to the session for $15/skater. Private training sessions are 1 hour in length. Sign up online HERE.
